Apple Cider Sangria
Easy fall apple cider sangria.

Ingredients
  • 1750mL Bottle Red wineI prefer the Winking Owl (Aldi brand) Merlot
  • 1/2Gallon Apple CiderThis is the cloudy apple juice you can find at the store.
  • 2/3-1Cup Apple Pie MoonshineUse more for a stronger sangria. I used American Born Brand.
  • 2 ApplesOne red and one green
  • 2Tablespoons Brown SugarOptional for garnish
  • 2Tablespoons Caramel SauceOptional for garnish
Instructions
  1. In a large jug or pitcher pour the wine, apple cider, and moonshine. Stir to combine.
  2. Cut up both apples into small pieces and add to the pitcher.
  3. If using the garnish, squeeze some caramel sauce around the rim of your glass. Place the brown sugar onto a plate and dip the caramel rim into the sugar. Repeat for each glass.
  4. Pour the sangria into the garnished glasses, making sure to get some apple chunks in each glass. Serve and enjoy!
