White Shoepeg Corn
regular yellow corn is fine, but the white shoepeg is sweeter and tastes better in this dip

Black Beans

Small Purple Onion
finely chopped

Salsa

Tortilla Chips
Instructions
Open both the corn and bean cans and drain the liquid out of them.
Finely chop the onion into tiny pieces.
Mix the drained corn, beans, onion, and salsa.
Serve with tortilla chips and enjoy!
