Blackberry Banana Smoothie

Ingredients
  • 2 Frozen Bananas
  • 1/2Cup GrapesFrozen
  • 1/2Cup Blackberriesfrozen or fresh
  • 1Cup MilkAdd more milk for a less thick smoothie
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend on high until smooth.
Recipe Notes

Lately Aldi has been having blackberries on sale every few weeks so I’ve been buying like 5 containers of blackberries and freezing them. This smoothie recipe has become addicting and our go-to dessert. 

I’ve found that the longer you let the bananas ripen before freezing them the sweeter your smoothie will be. Also, adding the grapes helps to make it sweeter too.
