Open and place the ham steak in a frying pan over medium high heat. Cook until most of the water is gone and flip to cook the other side.
While the ham is cooking make the glaze. Mix the brown sugar and mustard until the sugar starts to dissolve and form a paste (less than 1 minute). Set aside.
Once you have flipped the ham coat the top with half of the sugar and mustard mixture. Cook for 2-3 minutes and then flip. Pour the rest of the glaze on top and cook for another minute or two, until everything is heated through. Serve and Enjoy!
