Instructions
  1. Combine butter, sugar, and evaporated milk in a heavy saucepan and bring to a full rolling boil, stirring constantly. It is important to keep stirring or the sugar will burn/caramelize on the bottom of the pot.
  2. Once the mixture boils continue boiling for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
  3. Remove the pot from the heat and stir in the chocolate until melted.
  4. Add the vanilla and fluff and stir to combine. Once the fluff is almost fully incorporated add the nuts and mix until well combined.
  5. Pour into an un-greased 13X9 baking pan and let cool at room temperature for at least a couple hours, preferably over night.
  6. Cut into small (1in x 1in at the largest) squares and enjoy!
Recipe Notes

Typically for Christmas gifts at school/work I will go to the dollar tree and buy a couple (depending how many gifts I need) 4 packs of small plastic food containers to fill with fudge. Just put a now on top to dress it up and they look great!

A double batch was enough for my husband to take for all of his coworkers and for me to take to everyone at school, with enough left for us to sample a few times;)
