Old Fashioned Oats

Pecans
chopped

Cup
Melted Coconut Oil
1/4
Cup
Maple Syrup
1/2
Teaspoon
Cinnamon
1/2
Teaspoon
Nutmeg
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F.
Mix all of the ingredients together and pour into a non-stick backing sheet. Bake for 5-10 minutes at 350.
Let cook for 5 minutes or so and then break apart into chunks.
