Instructions
  1. Cut up the chicken breast into 1 inch cubes.
  2. Sprinkle seasoning on top and mix together well.
  3. For oven cooking, spread the seasoned chicken on a cookie sheet and bake at 400F for 20 minutes or until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165F.
  4. For air fryer cooking cook at 360F for 15-20 minutes. Refrigerate for use in meals throughout the week.
