This is my great grandmother’s recipe for bacon crusted meatloaf. It is easy to make and delicious every time! For only $1.08 per serving make some for dinner tonight!
Serve with these Bacon Wrapped Green Beans and some mashed potatoes for dinner!

Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1 lb Ground Pork I used a mild breakfast sausage roll
- 1 Egg
- 1/2 Yellow or Sweet Onion diced
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 2 teaspoons Basil
- 1/2 Cup Bread Crumbs I like Italian Style
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire
- 1 10.75 oz can Tomato soup condensed
- 4 slices Bacon

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350F.
- In a large bowl combine the beef, pork, egg, chopped onion, garlic powder, basil, bread crumbs, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Add HALF of the can of tomato soup and stir until well combined.
- Line a bread pan with parchment paper (optional for ease of removing from the pan) and fill with the meat mixture. Pour the rest of the tomato soup on top, coating the entire loaf.
- Cut the 4 strips of bacon in half and layer over the tomato sauce on the top of the loaf.
- Bake for 1 hour or until the bacon is cooked and the internal temperature of the loaf reaches 165F. Serve and enjoy!
