Instructions
Beef Pad Thai
- Put 1 Tablespoon of the Sesame oil into a frying pan over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and saute.
- Dice the onion and add that to the pan. Slice the pepper and add that to the cooking onion. Cook until the onion is translucent and the peppers and onion are soft.
- While the vegetables are cooking slice the beef into thin strips and prepare the noodles according to package directions. I put the noodles into a bowl and poured boiling water over them. Let sit for 15 minutes or until tender, making sure to stir frequently so they do not stick together in a big clump.
- Set the vegetables aside. Add the remaining 1 Tablespoon of sesame oil to the pan with the sliced beef. Cook the beef until it is cooked through and all of the liquid cooks out of the pan. While the beef is cooking prepare the pad thai sauce.
- Add the done noodles, vegetables, and pad thai sauce to the pan. Stir until everything is mixed well. Serve topped with crushed peanuts and enjoy!
Pad Thai Sauce
- Add the Tamarindo, oyster sauce, and sesame oil to a cup. Whisk until well combined.
