Instructions
Wash and dry all of the strawberries. Refrigerate before dipping in chocolate for a quicker set time.
Place the chocolate chips, milk, and butter in a small microwave safe cup. Microwave for 40 seconds.
Mix until everything is combined and the chocolate is smooth and shiny. It should be a slightly liquid consistency. If it is still lumpy continue microwaving and then mixing for 10 second intervals. Microwave time will have to be increased for regular size chocolate chips.
Line a plate or cookie sheet with parchment paper or wax paper. Hold each strawberry by the green part and dip it into the chocolate, covering as much of the strawberry as you would like.
Place the chocolate covered strawberry on the parchment paper and repeat until all strawberries are covered.
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set the chocolate and enjoy!
