Egg Roll Filling
  1. Preheat the oven to 350. Place the sausage into a frying pan over medium high heat and break the sausage into crumbles as it cooks.
  2. While the sausage is cooking dice the onion and add it to the pan. Cut the carrots into little pieces and add those into the pan as well.
  3. Chop the cabbage and add it to the pan, stirring occasionally. Cook until the veggies are soft and the sausage is cooked through.
  4. Fill the cups with the egg roll filling and drizzle with the spicy sauce, soy sauce, or sweet chili sauce. Serve and enjoy!
Wonton cups
  1. Spray a muffin tin with cooking spray. Place two wonton wrappers into each cup, offsetting them so the corners don’t overlap. Spray the cups with cooking spray and bake for 5 minutes or until golden brown.
Spicy Sauce
  1. Mix the mayonnaise and sriracha in a bowl to combine.
