I bought just about all of these ingredients on a trip to Aldi. Their meat and cheese section has a great selection and it’s my favorite place to shop for charcuterie! I like to always try at least one new cheese every time I go for charcuterie ingredients.

Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup Atomic Spicy Pickles I get these at Aldi, whatever pickles (no sugar added) that you like work!
- 1 bar 70% Dark Chocolate
- 2 oz Seasoned Feta
- 4 oz Salami
- 5 oz Mesquite Turkey Breast
- 4 oz Pepperoni
- 4 oz Cheddar or Colby Jack Cheese
- 1/4 Cup Pecans

Instructions
- Place the pickles in a small dish on a cutting board. Break up the chocolate roughly into bite sized pieces and add that to the board.
- Crumble and place the feta on the board along with the salami. Add the turkey breast, pepperoni, and pecans.
- Slice the cheddar or colby into bite sized pieces and add to the board. Serve and enjoy!
