Instructions
  1. Bake the crust according to package directions. If you haven't thawed it, just stick it in the oven while it preheats for 2-3 minutes and then bake according to the package directions.
  2. While the crust is baking make the filling. In a medium pot with a lid combine 1/2 the blueberries, the sugar, flour, lime juice, and nutmeg, stirring to combine.
  3. Cook covered for about 15 minutes, stirring every 2-3 minutes until the berries have burst and all of the sugar is melted.
  4. Remove from heat and add the remaining blueberries, stirring to combine. Pour into the cooked pie crust and let cool.
  5. Serve alone, with whipped cream, or with ice cream and enjoy!
