Ingredients
- 1 Deep Dish 9" Frozen Pie Crust the open crust already in a metal pan is what I like to use
- 4 Cups Blueberries divided in half
- 4 Tablespoons Sugar
- 2 Tablespoons Flour
- 1 Tablespoon Lime or Lemon Juice
- 1/8 Teaspoon Nutmeg optional

Instructions
- Bake the crust according to package directions. If you haven't thawed it, just stick it in the oven while it preheats for 2-3 minutes and then bake according to the package directions.
- While the crust is baking make the filling. In a medium pot with a lid combine 1/2 the blueberries, the sugar, flour, lime juice, and nutmeg, stirring to combine.
- Cook covered for about 15 minutes, stirring every 2-3 minutes until the berries have burst and all of the sugar is melted.
- Remove from heat and add the remaining blueberries, stirring to combine. Pour into the cooked pie crust and let cool.
- Serve alone, with whipped cream, or with ice cream and enjoy!
