  • 1/2 Teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Thyme
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Brown Sugar This will help the seasoning to caramelize and blacken when cooking
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Mexican-style Chili Pepper this has a slightly smokier flavor than regular chili powder, but that can also be substituted
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Cumin
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Sage
