Shuck the corn (or if using frozen ship this step), break each full cob in half, and place the corn cob halves into a pot. Fill with water until the cobs are just fully submerged.
Place over high heat, add the Zatarain’s boil seasoning, and bring to a boil. Boil for 30 minutes or until the corn is hot and done.
Drain the corn and add the butter and cajun seasoning, mixing until all of the corn is coated. Serve and enjoy!
