Since the corn is probably one of my favorite parts of doing a crawfish boil I decided to make a recipe just for it! This Cajun corn on the cob is a great side dish for any summer meal. It’s also only around $3 per recipe!

This homemade no salt cajun seasoning is a great option if you are trying to reduce your sodium intake.

This is the boil bag seasoning that I use.

  1. Shuck the corn (or if using frozen ship this step), break each full cob in half, and place the corn cob halves into a pot. Fill with water until the cobs are just fully submerged.
  2. Place over high heat, add the Zatarain's boil seasoning, and bring to a boil. Boil for 30 minutes or until the corn is hot and done.
  3. Drain the corn and add the butter and cajun seasoning, mixing until all of the corn is coated. Serve and enjoy!
