• 1 Yellow or Sweet Onion Small, diced
• 1 Tablespoons Minced Garlic
• 4 Tablespoons Butter
• 3 Sprigs Celery
• 2 Cups Chicken Broth
• 1 6oz Box Chicken Stuffing I used Walmart Brand

Instructions

1. In a medium pot melt the butter and add the minced garlic and diced onion. Slice the celery into thin slivers and add to the pot. Saute until translucent, for about 5 minutes.
2. Add the chicken broth and bring to a boil. Remove from heat, add the box of stuffing, and stir to combine. Cover to keep warm until ready to serve.
