These Frozen Peanut Butter Banana Bites are a great snack to always have on hand in the freezer. They are a moderately healthy dessert and cost less than $3! Be careful though, they do get eaten in less time than they take to make, but that’s not a bad thing!

Instructions
Peel and slice bananas into 1/2-1cm thick slices, stacking sets of two slices on top of each other on a parchment or waxed paper lined dish or sheet pan.
Place a small dab of peanut butter between each set of bananas and place in the freezer to set for 30 minutes.
Before taking the bananas out of the freezer make the chocolate ganache.
Place the chocolate, butter, and half of the cream into a small bowl or cup and microwave for 45 seconds. Mix and add another tablespoon of cream. If there are still unmelted lumps continue to microwave for 15 second intervals and then mix until the chocolate is melted and flows freely. Continue adding cream and heating until the chocolate is a thin consistency that will be easy to dip the peanut butter banana stacks in.
Once your chocolate is ready remove the bananas from the freezer and dip each one in the chocolate, placing each one back on the parchment paper. If you do not line your dish with a paper or foil it will be very hard to remove the frozen chocolate coated bananas from the plate.
Once all bananas are chocolate dipped return banana snacks to the freezer to set. Freeze for at least 30 minutes and enjoy!
