- 4 Brats
- 1 Large Sweet Onion
- 2 Red or Orange Peppers
- 1 Tablespoon Butter
- 1/2 cup White Wine
- 8 slices Cheese
- 4 Hoagie Rolls aka. sub rolls or breads

Instructions
- Dice the pepper and onion into small 1cm chunks.
- Melt butter in a pan and fry the pepper and onions until the onions are translucent and peppers are soft.
- Add the brats and sear so the edge is crispy.
- Add the wine and cook until the meat is cooked through and all of the wine is cooked off.
- Slice all of the rolls open and fill with meat and veggies. Top with cheese and broil for 2-5 minutes, until the cheese is melty and golden.
Recipe Notes
I like to meal prep this recipe, making the sausage, pepper, and onion ahead of time and freezing it. Then just heating it up and melting cheese on top when it's time for dinner.
