Slow Cooker Pulled Pork Sandwich
Instructions
  1. Place your minced onion, pork loin cubes, and BBQ sauce in a crock pot. Cover and place on low heat for 8 hours.
  2. Once done cooking use 2 forks and tear the meat apart so that is is pulled. Mix the juices in and serve on toasted buns. Enjoy!

When you buy your pork loin I recommend asking the butcher to cut it into 1 inch cubes for you to speed up your process at home. If you go to a store that has a butcher they are usually willing to do this for you.
