Sweet Corn Bake is creamy super moist almost cake-like take on corn bread. Since it’s an old family recipe of the Sutphin family we know it will always be on the thanksgiving table. I think it’s better than corn bread, and so easy to make. At only $2.69 for the recipe this is an inexpensive family favorite!

- 1 15.25 oz can Creamed corn
- 1 15.25 oz can Whole Kernel Corn
- 1 Stick Butter melted
- 8 oz Sour Cream
- 3 Eggs
- 1/2 Cup Sugar
- 1 8.5 oz box Jiffy corn muffin mix

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350F.
- Mix all of the ingredients together and put into a greased 12" cast iron pan or a greased 9x12 baking dish and bake for 1 hour. Serve and enjoy!
