This dip is addicting. It’s something really easy, but still homemade that you can bring to a party when you don’t have much time to cook. The best part is that any leftovers go great in tacos or burritos.

Ingredients
- 1 can White Shoepeg Corn regular yellow corn is fine, but the white shoepeg is sweeter and tastes better in this dip
- 1 can Black Beans
- 1 Small Purple Onion finely chopped
- 2 Cups Salsa
- 1 bag Tortilla Chips

Instructions
- Open both the corn and bean cans and drain the liquid out of them.
- Finely chop the onion into tiny pieces.
- Mix the drained corn, beans, onion, and salsa.
- Serve with tortilla chips and enjoy!
