• 1/4 Cup Buffalo Sauce I like Sweet Baby Rays Brand
• 1 Tablespoon Diced Jalapeños
• 1/4 Cup Blue Cheese Crumbles
• 1/4 Cup Mayonnaise
• 1 Loaf French Bread I like to get the day old loaves from Jimmy Johns for $0.50. They work perfect.
• Lettuce Optional for Garnish

Instructions

1. In a large bowl combine the chicken, buffalo sauce, jalapeño, blue cheese, and mayonnaise. Mix well to combine and set aside.
2. Cut the bread loaf into thirds and cut out the center of the bread, leaving about 1cm of bread around the edge.
3. Stuff the hollowed out bread with the buffalo chicken mix. Add lettuce for garnish if you'd like. Serve and enjoy!
