- 1/2 lb Sausage
- 1 lb Cabbage
- 1/2 Yellow Onion
- 1/4 lb Carrots
- 24 Wonton Wrappers they should be about 2"x2" squares

Instructions
Egg Roll Filling
- Preheat the oven to 350. Place the sausage into a frying pan over medium high heat and break the sausage into crumbles as it cooks.
- While the sausage is cooking dice the onion and add it to the pan. Cut the carrots into little pieces and add those into the pan as well.
- Chop the cabbage and add it to the pan, stirring occasionally. Cook until the veggies are soft and the sausage is cooked through.
- Fill the cups with the egg roll filling and drizzle with the spicy sauce, soy sauce, or sweet chili sauce. Serve and enjoy!
Wonton cups
- Spray a muffin tin with cooking spray. Place two wonton wrappers into each cup, offsetting them so the corners don't overlap. Spray the cups with cooking spray and bake for 5 minutes or until golden brown.
Spicy Sauce
- Mix the mayonnaise and sriracha in a bowl to combine.
