  1. Place the Kimchi and soy sauce in a blender or food processor and pulse until the kimchi is finely chopped.
  2. Mix this with the pork, sriracha, and sugar and mix well to combine.
  3. Form this into small patties, about 2in in diameter and 1/2in thick. (This should make at least 6 patties)
  4. Grill or pan fry patties until the internal temperature reaches 165F.
Sriracha Mayo
  1. Mix the mayonnaise and sriracha until well mixed. Add more sriracha if you would like a spicier mayo.
Sliders
  1. Toast the buns if you would like, and after toasting spread sriracha mayo on each side.
  2. Place one patty per bun, top with kimchi, place the top bun on top, serve and enjoy!
