This homemade cajun seasoning has the right amount of spice, yet none of the salt. I’ve used it in a bunch of recipes. It’s the seasoning on the fries above, and as part of the breading for hot chicken tenders it is delicious!

- 1 Teaspoon Thyme
- 1 Teaspoon Oregano
- 1 Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
- 1 Teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 2 Teaspoons Onion Powder
- 3 Teaspoons Paprika

- Measure all of the seasonings into a bowl. Mix and enjoy!
Recipe Notes
To make the fries I sliced 2 peeled potatoes into 1cm fries, shook in a plastic bag with 1 Tablespoon of olive oil and then cooked them in an air fryer at 400F for 20 minutes, flipping once at 10 minutes. Then sprinkled cajun seasoning and a little salt until it was as spicy as I wanted.
