Instructions
Original Boneless Wings Recipe
  1. Cut the chicken up into 1-2 inch cubes and set aside.
  2. In a gallon ziploc bag or large sealable Tupperware add the flour, corn starch, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, and salt. Shake to combine.
  3. Toss the cubed chicken into the bag and shake until all of the chicken pieces are coated in the flour mixture.
  4. In a large bowl combine the eggs, milk, and cajun seasoning; whisking everything together until combined.
  5. Remove the chicken from the flour bag, shaking off any excess flour mixture back into the bag. Place all of the floured chicken into the egg mixture and quickly toss with your hands until all of the nuggets have been coated in the egg mixture.
  6. remove the nuggets from the egg mixture, lightly shaking off any extra egg mixture and dump them all back into the flour bag. Shake until all nuggets are recoated in flour.
  7. Remove nuggets from bag, patting flour into any sticky, uncoated sections. Place the nuggets in a single layer in an air fryer basket (or on a cookie sheet if you don't have an air fryer) and spray with cooking spray. Flip all of the nuggets and coat the other side with spray as well.
  8. Air fry at 350F for 10 minutes, or bake at 350 until golden brown and an internal temperature of 165F is reached, about 15-20 minutes. Enjoy plain or toss in your favorite sauce or rub to serve!
Chipotle BBQ Dry Rub
  1. Add the brown sugar, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, smoked paprika, and chili powder to a jar. Shake or stir to combine.
  2. Once wings come out of the oven, shake with rub to coat evenly.

  1. Add the butter and minced garlic to a microwave safe dish. Heat to melt the butter.
  2. Add the parmesan, black pepper, and heavy cream and stir until well combined.
  3. Toss cooked original boneless wings in the hot sauce to coat evenly.
