Instructions
- Slice each chicken breast in half, lengthwise almost all the way through. Place a piece of parchment paper or waxed paper over the opened chicken breast and pound the meat (I use a jar or can) until it's about 1cm thick.
- Divide the spinach dip in 4 and fill each chicken breast with dip and fold them back closed.
- Sprinkle half of the seasonings over the top of the chicken breasts, flip them, and cover the other side with the rest of the seasonings.
- Place the chicken breasts in a frying pan with a lid and cook over medium to medium-high heat until the chicken is cooked through. After 3-4 minutes add the water to the pan, swirl around, and cover. This will help the color develop on the outside and the steam will help the chicken cook faster.
- Flip the chicken to brown on both sides. Serve and enjoy!
