Spinach Dip Stuffed Chicken
Instructions
  1. Slice each chicken breast in half, lengthwise almost all the way through. Place a piece of parchment paper or waxed paper over the opened chicken breast and pound the meat (I use a jar or can) until it's about 1cm thick.
  2. Divide the spinach dip in 4 and fill each chicken breast with dip and fold them back closed.
  3. Sprinkle half of the seasonings over the top of the chicken breasts, flip them, and cover the other side with the rest of the seasonings.
  4. Place the chicken breasts in a frying pan with a lid and cook over medium to medium-high heat until the chicken is cooked through. After 3-4 minutes add the water to the pan, swirl around, and cover. This will help the color develop on the outside and the steam will help the chicken cook faster.
  5. Flip the chicken to brown on both sides. Serve and enjoy!
