Creamy Spinach Dip
Instructions
  1. Thaw and drain the spinach, making sure to squeeze all of the water out of it. I will usually stick the frozen block in it's box on a dish (to collect all the water coming out) in the microwave for 1.5 minutes at a time, squeezing the water out after each cycle in the microwave until it's fully thawed.
  2. In a medium microwave safe bowl combine the thawed spinach, and all of the other ingredients, mixing until well combined.
  3. Microwave dip at 1.5 minute intervals, stirring in-between, until the dip is hot and the cheese is melted.
Recipe Notes

Total Recipe Cost: $2.47

For a sun-dried tomato spinach dip use leftover Sun-Dried Tomato Cream Cheese Dip in place of the plain cream cheese.
