Since the corn is probably one of my favorite parts of doing a crawfish boil I decided to make a recipe just for it! This Cajun corn on the cob is a great side dish for any summer meal. It’s also only around $3 per recipe!
This homemade no salt cajun seasoning is a great option if you are trying to reduce your sodium intake.
This is the boil bag seasoning that I use.

- 6 Ears Corn
- 1/2 3 oz box Zatarain's Crawfish, Shrimp, & Crab Boil Seasoning
- 2 Tablespoons Butter
- 1/2 Teaspoon Cajun Seasoning

Instructions
- Shuck the corn (or if using frozen ship this step), break each full cob in half, and place the corn cob halves into a pot. Fill with water until the cobs are just fully submerged.
- Place over high heat, add the Zatarain's boil seasoning, and bring to a boil. Boil for 30 minutes or until the corn is hot and done.
- Drain the corn and add the butter and cajun seasoning, mixing until all of the corn is coated. Serve and enjoy!
