- 1 10 oz package Chopped Spinach frozen, thawed and drained
- 1/2 Cup Cream Cheese (4oz)
- 1/4 Cup Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 Cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Powder

Instructions
- Thaw and drain the spinach, making sure to squeeze all of the water out of it. I will usually stick the frozen block in it's box on a dish (to collect all the water coming out) in the microwave for 1.5 minutes at a time, squeezing the water out after each cycle in the microwave until it's fully thawed.
- In a medium microwave safe bowl combine the thawed spinach, and all of the other ingredients, mixing until well combined.
- Microwave dip at 1.5 minute intervals, stirring in-between, until the dip is hot and the cheese is melted.
