This homemade kielbasa recipe is a delicious uncured version that you can make at home for under $2 per pound! We have been enjoying making different types of sausage at home, and since my Grandpa is Polish we made this one for him!

Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground Pork 1/4 inch grind
- 2 teaspoons Minced Garlic
- 2 teaspoons Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 2 teaspoons Oregano
- 2 feet Natural Sausage Casing

Instructions
- Soak your hog casings according to package directions to desalt if necessary.
- In a large bowl combine the ground pork along with the garlic, salt, black pepper, and oregano. Mix well, until the meat mixture is sticky and when grabbed sticks to your hand.
- Stuff into pre-soaked hog casing sing a sausage stuffer, making links as long as you would like. (I did about 4 inch links.)
