Ingredients
- 1 12 oz box Tri-color Rotini or any shaped pasta you like
- 1 13.5 oz can Artichoke Hearts
- 2 oz Salami
- 2 oz Sliced Cheese I like pepperjack, provolone, or mozzarella
- 6 oz Cherry Tomatoes sliced in half
- 8 oz Italian Dressing

Instructions
- Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook the pasta based on the package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water to cool the pasta down.
- While the pasta is cooking slice up your ingredients. Slice both the salami and cheese into 1cm squares and add to a large bowl.
- Slice the cherry tomatoes in half and add them to the bowl. Drain the can of artichoke hearts, trimming off any hard parts. Slice the hearts into bite sized pieces and add them to the bowl as well.
- Once the pasta is done and cool add it to the bowl with everything else. Add in the Italian dressing and stir until well combined. Serve and enjoy!
