- 2 Mangoes I prefer the honey or champagne mangoes. They're sweeter and I think it's easier to tell when they're ripe.
- 1/3 Cup Roasted Red Peppers Diced
- 1/8 Small Red Onion Minced
- 2 Teaspoons Lime Juice
- 5-9 Stems Cilantro Chopped
- 1/4 Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper Add more for a spicer salsa!
