Raspberry sorbet is a super easy and fresh recipe that can be made at home for only $4 a batch in a few minutes. Hang on to summer with only 4 ingredients in this after dinner recipe. There’s no ice cream maker necessary for this vegan treat.

This is the blender that I use. It’s amazing for things like this sorbet and the frozen drinks like these piña coladas and margaritas that I love!

Recipe Notes

Total Recipe Cost: $4.07

For this recipe I saved the lemon rinds after making homemade lemonade and portioned the sorbet into the lemons for a colorful presentation!

If you want to make the simple syrup in a hurry heat up less then 1/4 cup, dissolve the sugar, and add ice to cool the mixture and bring the water up to the 1/4 cup mark.
