These Kimchi pork sliders are a flavorful take on pork sausage. Since these sliders under $5 for 6 sliders, these are a cheap and tasty asian inspired burger for grilling season!
These are even cheaper if you make your own kimchi. Kimchi is basically an asian dish that consists of fermented cabbage and sometimes other vegetables. It is frequently spicy and has a tangy flavor. It adds a lot of flavor to these sliders!
Cucumber salad would be a refreshing side to make with these sliders!
Instructions
Burgers
- Place the Kimchi and soy sauce in a blender or food processor and pulse until the kimchi is finely chopped.
- Mix this with the pork, sriracha, and sugar and mix well to combine.
- Form this into small patties, about 2in in diameter and 1/2in thick. (This should make at least 6 patties)
- Grill or pan fry patties until the internal temperature reaches 165F.
Sriracha Mayo
- Mix the mayonnaise and sriracha until well mixed. Add more sriracha if you would like a spicier mayo.
